Immune Boosters with Certified Aromatherapist Emily Carpenter Monday, November 9, 2015 (6:30 - 8:30 p.m.)

School has started and cold and flu season is just around the corner. Certified Aromatherapist, Emily Carpenter, will share ways to boost your immune system to prevent infections as well as tricks to shorten the duration of illness once a bug strikes.

A 5.5 oz bottle of elderberry syrup costs $23 at a local health food store. In times of sickness, this may last you a week or less. You can make your own to save money, have fun, and empower your family to play a role in maintaining their health! HMN members attending this meeting will each receive enough elderberries and herbs to make their first 16+ oz batch of elderberry syrup. Visitors are welcome to attend the meeting to learn about immune boosters too.

Discover how combining the use of aromatherapy, homeopathy, herbs, vitamins, hygiene and diet can possibly make this your healthiest winter ever.
