HMN Rochester's First Ever Swap – Bring items, take items, or do both. Share your goods and save some green.Monday, August 10, 2015 (6:30 - 8:30 p.m.)

Join HMN Rochester in our first ever swap. Plan to bring clean, gently used clothes, toys, and small household items you no longer need. Bring items, take items, or both! We simply ask that you take items that you will use (not sell) and that no item brought is broken, damaged, or not re-useable.

Kids grow so fast and, often times, their clothes are barely used. Why buy brand new when you can get like brand new for free? We also welcome men's and women’s clothing, shoes, and accessories too.

This event is a great way to check out Holistic Moms Network of Rochester Chapter. Meet members, join in the fun, and help us in finding new homes for our gently used things - save money AND keep stuff out of landfills. It's a win win for everyone! Everyone is welcome, so tell your friends, family, and anyone who might be in need. Leftover items will be donated to a charity.

February Meeting (Monday, 2/9/15, 6:30 – 8:30 pm): Bringing Homeopathy Home! Homeopathy for Beginners with Amity Engleson, CHom.

Ever wonder how and why homeopathy works? Amity Engleson, CHom is a classically trained homeopathic who will introduce you to the basis of homeopathy – “like cures like” – and teach fundamental remedies to use at home.

A graduate from the Homeopathy School of Colorado in 2009, Amity Engleson, CHom is a classically trained homeopath. Classical Homeopathy is where one homeopathic remedy is given at a time and changed as necessary. This ensures that we know if the remedy worked or did not work which can be confusing if multiple or combination remedies are given.

Currently, Amity is part of the wellness team at East Side Wellness Center in Fairport. Using her past fields of study, she especially enjoys helping children and pregnant women find health and balance through homeopathy.

Join us to learn more about healing with homeopathy and Amity’s journey that brought her to us!

“Homeopathy cures a larger percentage of cases than any other form of treatment and is beyond doubt safer and more economical.”
