Maya Abdominal Massage

Erin McCollough, LMT, RYT of CNY Healing Arts Wellness Center and Spa will explain how this massage technique is an external, non-invasive manipulation using massage to reposition reproductive organs and improve blood flow to digestive organs. It has been documented to improve issues around fertility, endometriosis, menses, ovarian cysts, and much more!
Monday December 1st at 7pm: Mom's Night Out at Pitcher of Health in Bushnell's Basin. POH takes HMN on a personal tour of the store and then we get to shop for the holidays.
