Jessica utilizes a holistic model based on the Hero’s Journey for labor and delivery. In her talk she will also address how to apply the model as a base for parenting, integrating mind, body and spirit.Jessica is the owner and founder of Sacred Pathways Birthing Education and Family Wellness Center. She received her BA in psychology and attained her MA in counseling focusing on the experience of grief, trauma and loss. She then gained an experiential education in working with people in a strength based and holistic manner where she learned the true power of mindful and loving awareness. Jessica's most current endeavor lies in birthing education. She assists other women in working through sources of anxiety and fear and helps to educate women in their natural ability to give birth.
