Gail Ferraioli from Clarity Mediations includes in her talk defining conflict; mirroring, identifying feelings and needs; the importance of narratives; avoidance behaviors - what we do and why we do it; triggers of conflict; reactivity and responsiveness - prompts for the brain and viscera; how to confront conflict - engaging in difficult conversations; restorative questions; communication insights; staying mindful of intentions and values; avoiding exits; and raising relationships and compassionate culture.
