How do we increase our children's awareness or mindfulness and help them concentrate on relaxation and peace instead of drama, pain and suffering? Join us, as we learn from local mindfulness instructor, Usha Shah about how to lead our children in finding peace and joy in all their experiences.

Usha Shah has studied metaphysics for the past thirty two years and feels that self-realization can be achieved by anyone through practice of daily meditation and awareness. She has in depth knowledge of both the Eastern and Western spiritual teachings and how this knowledge can be integrated in our daily lives so that we can achieve greater balance, harmony, abundance and profound joy in all our experiences.
