February Meeting -
Maya Abdominal Massage

Erin McCollough, LMT, RYT of CNY Healing Arts Wellness Center and Spa will explain how this massage technique is an external, non-invasive manipulation using massage to reposition reproductive organs and improve blood flow to digestive organs. It has been documented to improve issues around fertility, endometriosis, menses, ovarian cysts, and much more!
This month's book was Circle of Stones: Woman's Journey to Herself, by Judith Duerk. Great conversation, great munchies, great plans for future gatherings!
We will be deciding on our next book by Feb. 1 and will meet to discuss it in March. In the meantime we will convene again in February to discuss the current issue of
